How do I learn?

Knowledge

Expert face-to-face learning

Average of 30 hours of face-to-face learning support with tutor-led classes and workshops. A study programme will guide you through additional reading and homework outside of scheduled classes.

Catch up on a class with additional online tutor-led videos from our OnDemand course should you happen to miss a class or if you just want to recap a tricky subject. Watch as many times as you like.

Approved Pearson VUE exam centres

We're an approved Pearson VUE exam centre, which means you can take your exams at the same Kaplan centre where you come to study and sit your practice tests. Book an exam when you're ready. If you're not sure when to sit your exam, our timetables suggest recommended exam dates.

Your online learning environment where you access all of your online content is now mobile responsive and much easier to use. You can easily get updates and news relevant to your course, and track your performance against your fellow students to see how you are getting on.

These can be found on the new and improved MyKaplan where you can find all your content and resources in one place. It can be accessed on mobile devices so you can study on the move. Includes digital copies of the printed study materials.

Textbook covering the full subject syllabus with worked examples and activities.

Integrated workbook

Summarises the course syllabus, including illustrations and room to write your notes. Helps you to keep everything in one place to make it easy to study and revise from.

Exam kit

The kit gives you plenty of exam style questions and answers to test your knowledge and practice.

Revision cards

A set of approximately 50 full colour A6 illustrated cards, covering the examinable topics aimed at improving course information recall.

Support

Support opening hours

Available until 8pm on weekdays, and 9am-1pm on weekends, so you can get expert help when you need it most.

Our team of expert support tutors are available 7 days a week to answer your questions and give feedback on your work. Contact them via live chat for an instant response, send them an email or request a callback at a time of your choice.

Learning coach

Receive regular emails to keep you on track. You can also request a callback with a learning coach at any time during your course to answer your questions. Your personal coach will monitor your progress in the background, and you can opt-in for personalised emails with advice and guidance based on your performance to make sure you stay on track.

Payment and funding

Pay online

Buy online in full before you start

The quickest and simplest way to pay for your course is to enrol online and pay in full before the course starts. It could be you or your employer who pays for the course. You can pay online with a credit or debit card or via PayPal. Any special offers or discounts will be applied at checkout.

Invoice your employer

Is your employer paying for the course? If your employer is paying for your course you can choose to invoice them at the checkout.

Interest-free payment plan

Make paying for your course easier by spreading the cost

Spread the cost of your course over monthly payments for the duration of your studies, up to a maximum of 12 months with no interest or fees. Any discounts or special offers still apply plus you can also include the cost of your computer based exam in the payment plan.
