Tax Qualification

Bookkeeping & Computerised Accounts

Kaplan Financial offers a range of bookkeeping and computerised accounts courses ideal for those needing a grounding in double entry bookkeeping and its practical applications, without studying for a full accountancy qualification.

Kaplan Financial offers a range of courses dependent on the level of knowledge you require. Once you have completed a 2 day bookkeeping course you may decide to enrol on the 5 day to extend your knowledge, or to go onto a computerised accounts course.

Bookkeeping is a growing profession, it’s about understanding how a business works and then providing accurate figures that enable the business to know exactly how well it is doing. Studying a bookkeeping course will “lift the mist” surrounding double entry and allow you to fully understand the tasks you complete on a daily basis. Kaplan Financial practical bookkeeping courses will also stand you in good stead for moving on to studying for a formal accountancy qualification such as AAT.

Certificate Accounting Technician - CAT Qualification

CIPFA Qualification

CIPFA stands for the Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants and it tends to be the qualification of choice for accountants who wish to specialise in the public services.

Kaplan Financial is delighted to announce the provision of the Public Audit variant of the CIPFA qualification starting this September 2009 in Leeds, London and Birmingham.
