How long is the ACCA Online course?
The ACCA Online course takes as long as you want it to take. All of the resources are designed to be entirely flexible and suit your needs. You can study at your own pace and in your own time. The only deadline is the exam date itself. You can access the resources wherever you are and whenever you want to study. All you have to do is log on to your Kaplan EN-Gage account and start working through the course.
How much does ACCA Online cost?

How do I contact my ACCA Online tutor?
As a Kaplan Online student, you have access to expert tutors and a dedicated customer service team who are on hand to help you every step of the way. Our tutors and customer service staff are available during office hours (0800 – 1800 GMT during term time, 0800 – 1700 GMT out of term time), as well as providing out of hours support, to ensure that whenever you are studying help is never that far away. How does Kaplan e-Prep work?
Our Kaplan e-Prep courses include everything you need to get prepared for your ACCA exams, combining question practice, mock exam and much more. Once you book your Kaplan e-Prep course you will be able to access your exam preparation material on Kaplan EN-gage using your existing login details. In addition you can also submit your exam questions to be marked by our expert tutors and receive feedback on your personal achievements, and a summary of how other learners did on the same questions.

How do I enrol for my ACCA Online exam?
You will need to enrol for your examinations at your chosen exam centre by the deadline for that sitting. For more details visit the ACCA website.
When will I receive my Log-in details for ACCA Online?
When you enrol on an ACCA Online course, you will receive a welcome email explaining what you should do to get started. If this is the first time that you have used Kaplan Engage, we’ll send you a separate e-mail with your log-in details.
What are the minimum system requirements to access ACCA Online?
- Microsoft Windows PC only, running Windows 98 or above (not Macintosh, Linux)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or 7.0 (not AOL, Firefox, Opera or Safari web browsers)
- Disable pop-up blocking software
- No toolbars installed – (Google, Yahoo)
- Broadband is highly recommended
- Adobe Flash Player installed (v. 9.3 or above
