How do I contact my tutor?
In addition to being able to interact with your tutor during the Live Online sessions, you can also contact your tutor by phone, email or through our new Live Online Community. Use our Contact CIMA Live Online page for our dedicated customer service number and email address.

Our new live online community provides you with access to like minded students and tutors so you can interact, gain feedback, share ideas and get the support you need through live discussion boards and forums whenever you want.
How do I enrol for my exam?
You will need to enrol for your examinations at your chosen exam centre by the deadline for that sitting. For more details visit the CIMA website.
How does Live Online revision work?
Live Online Revision provides live interactive revision lectures that are delivered by our expert tutors and focus on key subject areas with questions to practice to ensure your CIMA exam success. Live Online revision provides you with a convenient way to study for your exams, at home, work or wherever you can access the internet.
How does the Live Online Question Based Day work?
Students receive a set of exam standard questions to attempt to exam time. They submit these for marking via post or email. There is then a live online question review debrief session held working through the exam focusing on where students need extra support and how to improve exam technique.
What are the minimum system requirements to access CIMA Live Online?
To access the lectures you will need:

What happens if my computer crashes?
You can contact our technical support who will sign you back into the class and don’t forget the lectures are recorded so you can review them at a later date.
