BA (Hons) Business Administration (Top-up) Degree
Th BA (Hons) Business Administration one year top-up degree is designed for students who hold a HND or equivalent qualification in Business or a related subject. By completing this degree programme students will be able to top-up their qualification in just one year, giving them a degree level qualification and access to postgraduate study including our MBA programme.
BA Business Administration Entry Requirements
Students need to hold GCSEs in English language (IELTS 6.0) and Maths or the equivalent overseas qualification. Students will also need a HND or equivalent qualification.
BA Business Administration Course Aims and Objectives
This course will equip students with a broad knowledge base and skills set in the area of business. Students have the flexibility in their course to adapt the course to suit their learning styles, and as a result graduates are prepared to enter employment in the commercial arena in a wide variety of roles. Graduates will possess a genuine appreciation and understanding of the complex interaction between different commercial departments.
BA Business Administration Course Structure
In order to acquire the honours degree, students must achieve 120 Level 3 credits from a combination of core and optional modules. The core modules account for 48 credits, whilst the optional modules make up the remaining 72 credits required to complete the course. Students are assessed in a variety of ways including individual and group presentations, written assignments, practical assessments and exams.

Year 1
This degree programme is only one year long. Students will have to complete core modules in Corporate Social Responsibility and Strategic Management. The remainder of the course is made up of optional modules chosen by each student.
