How long is the course?
The class lengths are equivalent to those in a Kaplan centre, the table below indicates the approximate number of live lectures you will receive by level:

How much does it cost?

How do I contact my tutor?
There will be two tutors in each live online class, therefore you will be able to ask questions using the chat panel throughout the lecture. Contact our dedicated customer service team on 0845 873 6312 or email AAT Live Online.
AAT Live Online Community
Our new live community will provide you with access to discussion boards and forums so you can chat with other students & tutors outside the class.
How do I enrol for my exam?
You will need to enrol for your examinations at your chosen exam centre by the deadline for that sitting. Speak to your local centre for details.

Live Online Exam Prep is a convenient way to study for your exams, at home, work or anywhere where you have access to the internet.
What are the minimum system requirements to access AAT Live Online?
To access the lectures you will need:
- Internet Explorer 6/7/8
- Firefox 2/3
- Chrome 1
- JavaScript and cookies enabled
- Recommend ActiveX be enabled for Internet Explorer
- Intel or AMD processor (1GHz or faster)
- At least 512 MB RAM (at least 2 GB RAM for Vista)
Mac OS X 10.5 and above:
- Safari 3
- Firefox 2/3

- Apple Java 5 or higher
- No support for Remote Access
- PowerPC G4/G5 or Intel processor

What happens if my computer crashes?
You can contact our technical support who will sign you back into the class and don’t forget the lectures are recorded so you can review them at a later date.
