Ultimate Learning Experience
At Kaplan Financial, we have designed a recommended exam focused approach for ACCA which we are confident will get you through your exams first time.
The Ultimate Learning Experience (ULE) consists of Live Online tuition, Live Online Revision and Live Online Question Based Day which will give you the greatest change of success in your exams.
The ULE is available for papers F4-P7 only.
Pass Guarantee
Students who study using the Kaplan Ultimate Learning Experience are automatically eligible for a Pass Guarantee meaning that if you are unsuccessful in any paper to which the guarantee applies, you will be able to attend both:
- A FREE Live Online Revision Course, or
- A FREE Live Online Question Based Day
This will ensure you are fully prepared to pass the exam at your next attempt. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer. (Terms and conditions apply.)
Flexible payments
We recognise that managing the expense of studying can be difficult so in 2009 we were the first tuition provider to provide an ACCA study offer of flexible payments to help you spread the cost of your ACCA course.
To be applicable for this:
- ACCA Students must purchase the Kaplan Ultimate Learning Experience.
- Students must complete a Flexible Payment Plan Application and submit this to Kaplan Financial Limited along with their completed ACCA enrolment form.
- Full payment of ACCA tuition course fees plus a £50 deposit (per paper) is payable on enrolment or prior to 1st November 2010, whichever is sooner.
- The balance of ACCA course fees is then payable on or before 1st November 2010.
- If payment is not made by 1st November 2010, the full amount owed becomes immediately due and payable, additional fees may be incurred and amounts charged (as per our general terms & conditions).
- Failure to make payment when due may result in refused entry to courses booked (without any refund of any fees paid or liability of our part) and no further flexible payment options will be made available.
- The flexible payment plan is not available to ACCA Full Time or ACCA Distance Learning students or those who are sponsored students. The plan is also not available for those purchasing ACCA books from Kaplan Publishing.

Redundancy Assurance
Any student that has booked and paid a deposit for a ACCA or CIMA part time tuition, revision and Question Based Day course(s) will be entitled to the new redundancy assurance policy.
In the case that any part time ACCA student is made redundant during their studies, Kaplan will cover the students unpaid course fees until the conclusion of the existing paper (s) exam (s) within the same sitting.
To be applicable for this assurance a student must:
- Have paid the minimum deposit required for that paper(s).
- Have worked for their employer for a minimum of 12 months on a full time or permanent contract.
- Not be aware of any circumstances which will result in redundancy. Be a permanent resident in the UK.
Redundancy assurance will not be applicable within the first 30 days after enrolment. If all course fees are paid in full, the redundancy assurance does not entitle any student to full or partial refunds.
