Managed Training Services (MTS)
Working at all levels of an organisation from operational staff to senior executives and board members; Kaplan Financial has a wealth of experience and resources to successfully manage corporate accounts.
We understand how much simpler it is to do business with your suppliers if you know who to talk to and if that person understands your business, so for each corporate account we appoint an Account Management Team to act as your primary points of contact into Kaplan.
At a basic level an Account Management Team will comprise of Relationship Manager and a Client Service Manager but we will work with you to evaluate and design the most appropriate account management structure and allocate the resources required to give you maximum value and support.
We are able to provide a vast range of MTS options from providing you with a single point of contact for exam and training bookings to complete outsourced solutions, whereby all aspects of your training and exam administration are taken care of by us – considerably reducing your administrative burden.
Our goal is to facilitate the administration of the bulk of your requirements by implementing processes and if required, building automated booking systems that act as a framework for integrating information, people and processes across organisational boundaries.
Management information is available through an online self service option or bespoke reports can be written and scheduled. Reports can contain any desired criteria and can be delivered in a variety of formats. A sample of information that is available is as follows:
- Delegate enrolments
- Exam results
- Pass rates and comparables
- Accounts, fees and billing
- Tutor comments
- Delegate evaluations
- Attendance records
- Online usage
- Online test results
- Mock and progress test results
- KPI’s against SLA’s
In addition to standard reporting tools, our reporting services also include a considerable trend analysis capability and a functionality that creates dynamic charts and graphs.
Invoices can be sent as frequently as needed and be in paper or electronic format. At a basic level they include all exam and training fees but can include any desired criteria including employee ID numbers, cost centre codes and purchase order numbers.
Road shows and intranet pages
Kaplan Financial can help you raise the awareness of relevant industry qualifications and the need for professional development through the delivery of in-house ‘road-shows’ or by providing content for intranet pages.
Delivered by a member of our tutor faculty, ‘Road-shows’ provide:
- An overview of the qualification(s) available and their content, relevance and level.
- Invaluable study tips and techniques.
- An explanation of the training resources provided by Kaplan Financial.
- An opportunity to meet with a tutor and ask questions.
We are happy to deliver these presentations at your premises (or any other convenient location) during the day, at lunchtime, early morning or in the evening.
Key internal messages and training policies can be incorporated and any presentation can also include a short lecture on a typical topic that is included in any exam syllabus.
