All distance learning packages contain the same TQT materials as used on Kaplan Financial classroom courses, giving you the best chance of exam success. In addition, all distance learning students have access to our experienced team of tutors and customer service staff who have over 25 years combined experience of supporting students studying from home.

All Kaplan students also have access to our new dedicated online Tax community.

Kaplan Financial Distance Learning students are supported from the moment of first enquiry through to completion of the qualification.

In addition to the above, all distance learning students can take advantage of our marking service. We include practice exams with every distance learning package which, once completed, you can return to us and we will arrange for one of our experienced markers to review, mark and return to you with essential feedback.

By making our tutors and customer service staff available during office hours and by providing out of hours support Monday to Thursday, you can be sure that whenever you are studying, help is never that far away.

Tutor access

All our distance learning packages contain an element of tutor support. We have a dedicated team of tutors who solely deal with students studying from home.

Enquiries can be sent to our tutors via email or by telephone. We make our tutors available:

• Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm.

To ensure that all students are able to progress through their studies as swiftly as possible, we aim to respond to all queries within 48 working hours.
