Our Distance Learning centre provides access to dedicated expert tutors and customer service staff to answer any questions and provide personal feedback on your progress.
Kaplan Distance Learning tutors and customer service staff are available:
- Mon to Thurs - 9am to 10pm
- Fri - 9am to 5pm
- Sat - 10am - 1pm
Excellent Pass Rates
Our pass rates are significantly higher than the national average at every sitting. In the June 2010 exam sitting 84% of Kaplan Distance Learning students passed their exams - that's 12% higher than the AAT national average.
In the unlikely event that you fail an exam, we will extend your tutor support to the next exam sitting entirely free of charge.
