Flexible payments
We recognise that managing the expense of studying can be difficult so we provide the option of flexible payments to help you spread the cost of your CIMA course when you enrol on our Ultimate Learning Experience.
To be eligible for this:
- Students must have no outstanding balances.
- Students must complete a Flexible Payment Plan Application and submit this to Kaplan Financial Limited along with their completed CIMA enrolment form.
- Payments are then made by direct debit* as follows:
- 25% deposit: payable on, or before, first day of tuition.
- First instalment (25% of total balance): payable on 1st March 2012
- Second instalment (25% of total balance): payable on 1st April 2012
- Final instalment (remaining 25% of total balance): payable on 1st May 2012.
- If any payment is not made, the full amount owed becomes immediately due and payable. Additional fees may be incurred and amounts charged (as per our general terms & conditions).
- Failure to make payment when due may result in refused entry to courses booked (without any refund of any fees paid or liability of our part) and no further flexible payment options will be made available.
The flexible payment plan is not available to CIMA Full Time or CIMA Distance Learning students or those who are sponsored students. The plan is also not available for those purchasing CIMA books from Kaplan Publishing.
*Students also have the option of paying by debit or credit card, which will incur a £10 admin fee per instalment.
