Need help deciding which study method suits you?
If you are paying by debit/credit card or your employer is sponsoring you in full, you can enrol online. This is the quickest way to enrol. Your employer will need to authorise the transaction via email if they are paying on your behalf.
You need to attempt BTRN before BKCL, as BKCL builds on the knowledge gained in BTRN.
You should only start studying FYSA once you've completed BTRN, BKCL and ELCO, as these units all form part of the Synoptic Assessment. In the FYSA course, we'll cover the WEFN unit that will be assessed in the Synoptic Assessment too.
We recommend that you study this qualification over 6 – 12 months.

For classroom or live online students the Bookkeeping course is considered essential when starting the Advanced Diploma, if you have not previously studied the AAT Foundation Certificate or AQ2013 level 2, and should be completed before the following two subjects.
You need to attempt AVBK before FAPR, as FAPR builds on the knowledge gained in AVBK.
You should only start studying for AYSA once you've completed all the other units, as they all form part of the Synoptic Assessment. In the AYSA course, we'll cover the ETFA and SPSH units that will be assessed in the Synoptic Assessment too.
We recommend that you study this qualification over 12 months.

You need to pass all the Mandatory units and two Optional units. You can do your Optional units before or after your Mandatory units.
You should only start studying for PDSY once you've completed the other three Mandatory units, as they all form part of the Synoptic Assessment. In the PDSY course we'll cover the ASYC unit that will be assessed in the Synoptic Assessment too.

The Induction course is compulsory if you are enrolling on your first Classroom or Live Online per qualification. Please select the Induction course appropriate to your study location and qualification.
If you have missed your local Induction course date then you will be provided with an online recording via MyKaplan (available from September 2016). Distance Learning students do not need to book an Induction.
The exam sitting shown in the results table indicates the month when your Classroom, Live Online or Distance Learing course will start. This does not reflect the month when you will be actually sitting your exam.
