Certificate Level
If you complete your Kaplan Certificate Level Pass & Go course, including all assessments and mocks set, and are unsuccessful in your Computer Based Assessment, then you will be entitled to attend the next Pass & Go course for that paper again, free of charge. (Terms and Conditions apply)
If you wish to activate your pass guarantee, then please contact your local centre to arrange your free course. We recommend that you do this as soon as you receive your result, to avoid disappointment should your chosen course become fully booked.
Operational / Management / Strategic Level
Students who study the above levels using the Kaplan Ultimate Learning Experience (Tuition, Revision and Question Based Day) are automatically eligible for a Pass Guarantee (terms and conditions apply).
If you are unsuccessful in any Operational, Management or Strategic paper to which the guarantee applies, you will be able to attend:
- A FREE Revision course or Question Based day
All to ensure you are fully prepared to pass the exam at your next attempt.
The Pass Guarantee is only valid for the same paper at either of the next applicable exam sittings (see below) after which time the Guarantee will lapse:

Professional Competence Level
If you attend a Kaplan T4 Professional Competence Tuition and Revision course, you will be entitled to a free Pass Guarantee. If you should fail the exam, you will be entitled to attend a free T4 revision course at the next exam sitting.
