ACCA have launched a new entry-level suite of awards which will be examined for the first time in December 2011. Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) consists of a suite of awards, including certificates, diplomas and a revised Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Qualification. The advantage of the new suite is that students can qualify for additional awards as they progress through a full ACCA awarded qualification.
